There are many ways to install phpgsm here we will cover some of the easier options to install & set up.
First you may want to check if your linux server has all the required software installed (see the list of requirements) . To simplify this procedure you can download & run this script, it will install the requirements.
After you have installed the requirements you need to think on which way you want to use the APi, the easiest way to do this is to you use the inbuilt server which is explained here
